I've been hands-on installing turf and hardscape for 6 years. I sell the job and stay involved through the install — not just the sale. That's covered everything from a 300 sq ft backyard refresh to full front-and-backyard transformations with pavers, patios, and putting greens built in. My job is to walk you through exactly what's happening at every stage, so the crew shows up and does it the way it was designed.
What I install
Most jobs blend a few of these — a full quote covers whatever combination your yard actually needs.
Residential lawns, from small side yards to full-property installs. Most common: Sierra Ultra Dark and SynLawn SynFescue 80.
Belgard paver driveways and walkways, travertine tile patios, and other hardscape to match the yard around it.
Backyard practice greens built into the same install as your turf, sized and shaped to the space you've got.
Odor- and drainage-conscious turf systems, including RhinoTurf and SynLawn pet-specific product lines.
Higher-durability turf like SynLawn SynPlay for backyard sport courts and active-use areas.
Smooth-stucco and capstone seat walls to finish off a patio or property line.
How a project runs
I come out, measure the space, and walk the yard with you to talk through turf and hardscape options.
You pick the turf, pavers, or tile — I put together a written quote with real pricing, no vague ranges.
Our own crew installs — base, weed barrier, turf and infill, or paver/tile work — no subcontractors involved.
I check the finished job with you before it's considered done, not just before it's invoiced.
